Cycloid focuses on scaling platform engineering initiatives. We optimize the developer experience and operational efficiency by accelerating the delivery of a portal and platform, alleviating the cognitive load on IT teams and advocating for FinOps & Green IT practices. With our Internal Developer Portal and Platform, you don’t need to start from scratch to get a fully customized solution.


Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize, deploy and manage existing and new projects, interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.


Cycloid is an Internal Developer Platform and an internal developer Portal with modules around self-service portal and platform orchestration, project lifecycle and ressources management, FinOps and GreenOps and plugins. It can be consumed through the console, in CLI or in API.


We are recognized by top leader such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester and we have signed 6 on the top 10 GSI/MSP as a partner. We work on the enterprise market.

What is my challenge ?
The Technical Presale & solution architect & Customer Success Manager is a critical hybrid role, responsible for driving the technical closure of new business opportunities and ensuring the continued success and growth of our existing customers. You will leverage your excellent technical skills in cloud infrastructure, IaC, and Internal Developer Portal and Platform to demonstrate Cycloid's value, guide customers through complex integrations, and act as a trusted technical advisor. A key component of this role is collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-impact technical content.

Key Responsibilities

I. Presales & solution architect & Technical Presentation: a requierement

  • Platform Advocacy: Confidently present the advantages of Cycloid and clearly articulate its competitive differentiators to a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.

  • Solution Architecture: Understand customer requirements and design the optimal technical solution utilizing the Cycloid platform, focusing on cloud architecture and integration strategy.

  • Lead Proof of Concepts: Translate prospects business needs into PoC success criterias. Advise and design the solution using your DevOps skills and implement the needed automation. Demonstrate the PoC solution and ensure a high conversion rate.

  • RFP/RFI Response: Provide expert technical input and content for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

II. Customer Success Management (CSM): time that we develop a dedicated field

  • Adoption & Value Realization: Proactively engage with existing customers to maximize their adoption of the Cycloid platform and ensure they are achieving their desired business outcomes.

  • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact, advising customers on best practices for using Cycloid with their public and private cloud environments.

  • Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through a deep understanding of the customer's technical roadmap and unmet needs.

III. Content & Marketing Collaboration: a + if you are interested in

  • Technical Content Creation: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling technical marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and technical sections for website.

  • Public Speaking: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at webinars, industry events, and conferences.

What should I bring to the table?
  • Customer-Facing Experience: > 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role: Presales, Solutions Architect in enterprise software 

  • A clear understanding of the problems that we are tackling: IDP, platform engineering, DevOps, multi-cloud, FinOps, GreenOps, CMP

  • Hands-on level 1 DevOps: Core IaC & Configuration Expertise: Expertise in creating and maintaining complex configurations using the following technologies is a must:

    • Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

    • Ansible for configuration management.

    • Kubernetes CRDs, ArgoCD, and Helm for application deployment.

    • Proficiency in writing various pipeline and form configuration files in YAML.

    • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).

  • Cloud Expertise: Excellent, hands-on experience with at least one major Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Excellente Presentation Comfort: Must feel comfortable and be proficient in presenting complex technical solutions and product advantages.

  • DevOps/CI/CD: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies.

  • UKI based 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Internal Developer Portals: expertise in the concepts, architecture, and practical application of Internal Developer Portals (IDPs) and platform engineering principles.

  • Public Cloud: Certified Solution Architect - Associate level.

  • Private Cloud: Strong experience with Private Cloud technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, OpenStack).

  • French speaker
