At Cycloid, We aim to promote efficient infrastructure & software delivery alongside digital sobriety. We do this by optimizing platform engineering, alleviating the cognitive load on IT teams, and advocating for Green IT and FinOps practices. Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize and deploy existing and new projects, interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.

Cycloid, a sustainable engineering platform, provides a frictionless self-service portal with modules around Self-service portail and orchestration, infrastructures and ressources management and FinOps and GreenOps.

In fact, every semester, you will be meeting the teams f2f in order to discuss the product roadmap and the next key developments we want to implement.

What is my challenge ?
As our Senior EMEA Talent Acquisition specialist your contribution will be critical to the organisation: you will find and enable Cycloid’s development thanks to a perfect talent acquisition strategy. Here are your missions and scopes:

  • Define build and deploy the Talent Acquisition policy:
    • Build and deploy the recruitment budget on an annual basis
    • Operate a legal watch on every possible aspect impacting your activity (work contracts, legal and regulatory obligations)
    • Structural watch (compensation and benefits policy, Benchmarks, market studies on our trade,…)

  • Define positions and needs with the teams:
    • Define the search strategy to find our future experts
    • Define, pilot, and spread our job positions on the media you see fit

  • Select and manage applicants through the recruitment process:
    • Manage all applications from A to Z
    • Deploy the whole recruitment process with the teams
    • Assess the candidate's skills and projects
    • Summarize and light up every step of the way

  • Prepare and deliver propositions:
    • Lead the salary talks internally and with the future onboardee
    • Prepare contracts and legal documents
    • Create, Deploy and ensure a qualitative onboarding transfer to team lead for every newcomer, according to the already existing standards

  • Build, maintain and communicate KPI’s to deliver regular reporting on the recruitment activities

  • Depending on your know-how, skills and Cycloid success, a potential role of leadership for Europe to develop the recruitment team will be proposed.
What should I bring to the table?
You are:
  • A remote worker that already worked in remote
  • A recruiter that already worked in-house ideally in a startup
  • Having really great communication skills
  • A collaborative person who likes to work as a team, more than in solo
  • Proven international experience across Europe
  • Able to hunt all across the EU
  • A highly knowledgeable and passionate recruitment expert
  • With 10+ years of experience in finding IT specialists from technicians to C level executives
  • Having a broad knowledge of the tech industry and the IT trades
  • English full proficiency and ideally French speaker
  • more of a « Do » than a « Make do » person
  • Happy to ask for and receive constant feedback on your actions
  • A person that values collaboration over management
