Cycloid is a simple and non-intrusive DevOps & hybrid cloud platform, available in SaaS and on-premise modes, that optimizes people's use of technology and the cloud. We help teams work smarter together, regardless of skill set, all the while ensuring governance and maintaining flexibility. We improve the developer experience (DevX).

In fact, every semester, you will be meeting the teams f2f in order to discuss the product roadmap and the next key developments we want to implement.

You are passionate about DevOps and hybrid cloud, with a particular interest for cutting edge technologies and open source.

You naturally engage and love connecting with other developers, DevOps and Cloud communities. You eventually even built a community of your own gathering passionate technologists and Devs.

You have a leadership role in the organisation, being the global product’s ambassador to the entire technology community, all the while keeping the tech community interests in mind.

You are a promoter of Cycloid, and its technologies, not only as a product but also as an organisation. 

Every day, you work with every stakeholders, the Devs/Devops/hybrid cloud communities, the partners, the customers, the prospects, users and Cycloid teams, to make Cycloid known and adopted by as many people as possible. You help each community solve their issues thanks to Cycloid. 

You participate in the product high level roadmap and bring a cultural, technological and market perspective to an already existing product.

What should I bring to the table?
  • Your DevX expertise, technological and cultural

  • Your knowledge and proven expertise in DevOps and Hybrid Cloud transformation and its’ application to companies in general and IT services in particular. 

  • Your conviction of what Open Source can bring to the world and improve technologically

  • Natural born speaker, you know how to liven up debates and conversations. You speak and make people speak about the themes that are dear to you, the company, but also to the industry.

  • You know how to create relationships and already animate communities and facilitate meetings in the Devs/DevOps/Hybrid Cloud communities

  • You are versatile and confident, both animating conferences or participating to events, as well as in writing articles or blog posts. You might even have the ambition to build a new community.

  • Collaborating is essential to you: DevOps is not just tech, it is a way of life. The team means the world to you!

Your main skills and qualities

  • Proven experience in public presentation, talks, animation of a community, meetup, reddit etc ideally technical writer would be a +
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of DevOps and hybrid cloud technologies and culture at large
  • Proven expertise in DevOps and/or technologies and their use, more specifically Infra as Code, CI/CD, configuration management. A plus would be experience in developer platform, DevOps platform, CMP, PAAS, CAAS.
  • You’ve got convictions and know how to convey your passion to the benefit of the many and with respect to others’ opinions
  • You show great empathy and open-mindedness
  • Your loyalty is not to be proven
